The Company is a private limited company. New shareholders join through a personal introduction by existing shareholders or the Company's management, and the Company does not direct any offer to the public.

How ownership works

Private limited company

The shares are unlisted, may be difficult to sell and may decrease in value.

Additional investments

Shareholders can buy additional shares from other shareholders and take part in any future share issues.

Redemption

Redemption twice a year is possible, subject to available distributable capital. It is also possible to sell shares to other shareholders or to incoming new shareholders.
